PROPERTIES:
1. Easily used, and can be mixed with water at any ratio. Suitable for automatic continuous addition & gauge.
2. Excellent acid resistance and excellent whiten effect even in low pH value solution.
3. Advanced nanofiltration membrane technology is applied for this material and has low salinity and better store stability under normal temperature.
4. Compared with other products, FWA - APC has better sunlight fastness and alkaline resistance.
5. Kept stable above 0 degree Celsius and freeze under -3 degree Celsius, but have no influence on its usage when heated and dissolved again.
USAGE:
1. Fluorescent whitening agent for paper pulp bleaching.
2. Fluorescent whitening agent in the process of surface gluing.
3. Fluorescent whitening agent in the process of coating.
PROCESS:
1. Addition to the stock: Adding without dilution. Usual dosage: 0.05-1.2% on dry pulp.
2. Addition via size press: Combined with starch, CMC, PVA and other products designed for surface sizing. Usual dosage: 0.5-10g/L.
3. Addition to the pigment coating mixtures: Adding in any stage of building coating material. Good performance with the carrier of CMC, PVA and starch. Usual dosage: 0.1-1.4% on dry pigment.
PACKAGE ADN STORAGE:
1000kg, 200kg plastic drum, or for the special demand. Should be stored cool, dry and ventilate place, and storage period should not exceed 6 months.
